Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by BSE, Medico Intercontinental has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st January, 2025 and shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
