In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading' read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, B.L. Kashyap and Sons has informed that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company would remain closed, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, from January 1, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration/publication of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said unaudited financial results would be intimated in due course.
