Elecon Engineering Company has informed that pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & amendments thereof; and in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 become generally available information. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during abovesaid period of closure of trading window. Further, it has informed that in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Wednesday, 22nd January, 2025 at Vallabh Vidyanagar, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 alongwith related segment wise financial results.
