Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bhilwara Spinners has informed that CS Anjali Jain (ACS -43429) vide her letter dated 13th December, 2024 has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company to unavoidable circumstances with effect from closing of business hours of 31st December, 2024. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. The Board of Directors of the Company placed its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by CS ANJALI JAIN to the Company during her tenure. Refer annexure 1 as required under regulation 30 of LODR for resignation of Company Secretary.
