Bharat Road Network has informed that in compliance with the ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ (BRNL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders (including Directors, Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till 48 (forty eight) hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2024. Accordingly, all Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
