With reference to its earlier intimations, KPI/MAT/DEC/2024/594 dated December 21, 2024 and KPI/MAT/JAN/2025/597 dated January 1, 2025 filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) regarding the resignation of Manish Indravadan Sayata, Chief People Officer and Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’). In response to the Exchange's observation regarding the non-submission of resignation letter, KPI Green Energy has clarified that, due to an oversight, the resignation letter was not included in its initial submission.
