Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Company shall pay the agreed share of revenue & execute definitive documents and thereupon retain exclusive control over of 'The RUBY', situated at 29, Senapati Bapat Marg, Tulsi Pipe Road, Dadar West, Mumbai - 400028.
