Unity Infraprojects has bagged two orders aggregating to Rs 305.68 crore. The first order is for construction of 133 bunglows, high rise apartments (C 7 to C 10) in Water Lily, Banquet Hall and Balance works for Belvedere Club in Shantigram township, near Jaspur village, Ahmedabad by Adani township and real estate company. The project value is Rs 183.88 crore.
The second order is for construction of chemistry laboratory building, art and social science building, examination building and building for botany department at north campus of Delhi University by Engineers India (a Government of India undertaking), on behalf of Delhi University and the said project is to be completed within a period of 24 months. The awarded contract value is Rs 121.80 crore.
