Garware Technical Fibres has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has today, Monday, January 06, 2025 allotted 7,94,12,676 fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 10 each in the ratio of 4:1, to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners as on January 03 2025, the Record Date fixed for this purpose. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 99,26,58,450 divided into 9,92,65,845 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:15 am.
