The foreign fund house -- Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) -- has offloaded 26.16 lakh shares in engineering major Punj Lloyd for an estimated Rs 7.5 crore. Shares of Punj Lloyd were sold on an average price of Rs 28.69 through open market transactions.
As of June quarter, Goldman Sachs Investments held 40 lakh scrips or 1.2% holding in Punj Lloyd during the period.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.14% while institutions and non-institutions held 22.74% and 40.12% stake in the company, respectively.
