Educomp Solutions and HCL Infosystems have entered into a partnership pact under which HCL Infosystems will provide life cycle services for existing and new Educomp classrooms across India. Educomp will get break-fix support and field repair services along with managing new installations in its Classrooms under Life Cycle services.
The service and support to Educomp classrooms would be provided by HCL Infosystems through field engineers, regional repair centres and a centralized repair factory. Now a day, Educomp Smartclass reaches close to fifteen thousand schools and seven million students.
