Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Thermax has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice (Notice) for seeking approval of the Members by way of special resolution for the appointment of Parag Shah (DIN: 00374944) as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years with effect from December 12, 2024 to December 11, 2029. The Notice is being sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India) and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, January 10, 2025 (cut-off date). The voting period will commence from 9.00 am (IST) on Saturday, January 18, 2025 and will end at 5.00 pm (IST) on Sunday, February 16, 2025. The above Notice is been simultaneously sent to the Shareholders.
