The Notice is being sent to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, January 10, 2025 (cut-off date). The voting period will commence from 9.00 am (IST) on Saturday, January 18, 2025 and will end at 5.00 pm (IST) on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
