Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Royal Sense has informed that the Company initially took on rent the property situated at C-7, Phase-II, Badli Industrial Area, Delhi-110042, effective from 15th November 2024, for the purpose of setting up a factory-cum-warehouse. Subsequently, the Company has purchased the property on the 14th January, 2025 to utilize as factory cum corporate office.
