Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shyam Century Ferrous has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th January, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. Further to its letter dated 24th December, 2024 and in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been already closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from 01st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 are approved and filed with the Stock Exchanges, therefore, Trading Window will reopen on 02nd February, 2025.
