Further, Board authorized to any Director(s) or authorized person through SPA of the Company to deliver, sign and to do all other acts in relation to this sale deed on behalf of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:00 am by today dated 18.01.2025.
