Sunteck Realty has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3FY25).
The company has reported net profit at Rs 48.16 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to net loss of Rs 4.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported over 4- fold jump at Rs 160.38 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 35.94 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 42.52 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to net loss of Rs 9.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported over 2- fold jump at Rs 174.77 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 60.99 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
