In compliance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NRB Industrial Bearings has informed that, at its meeting held on January 20, 2025, the Board of Directors of the company has rejected the request submitted by Anjana Milind Thakker, a member of the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ of the Company. Thakker had submitted a request letter dated December 31, 2024, seeking reclassification from the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category shareholder of the Company. Upon review, the Board has observed that Thakker does not fulfil all the necessary criteria under Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations for reclassification. As a result, the request for reclassification has not been approved. Further, in compliance with Regulation 31A(8)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we enclose the certified extract of the minutes of the Board meeting held on January 20, 2025, as Annexure - I in this connection.
