PDS’ wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- PDS Multinational FZCO has incorporated a new subsidiary in United Arab Emirates (UAE) by the name of Simple Approach Trading FZCO with effect from January 20, 2025. The primary goal of incorporating the new subsidiary is to broaden the business by focusing on the supply, distribution, and marketing of apparel and consumer goods. PDS Multinational FZCO has acquired 75% equity shares of Simple Approach Trading FZCO for a total consideration of Rs 17.66 lakh (AED 75,000)
