International Conveyors has acquired 41,038 equity shares of ‘Balrampur Chini Mills’ for investment purpose. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1.97 crore. The said acquisition is completed on January 24, 2025. Balrampur Chini Mills founded in 1975, is one of the largest sugar manufacturing companies in India.

International Conveyors (ICL) is an India-based company. The company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing solid woven carcass reinforced fire retardant antistatic (FRAS) PVC Conveyor Belting in segment explosive fire hazardous underground mine application.
