In furtherance to intimation dated September 30, 2024, Rap Corp has informed that the Company is in receipt of Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies and accordingly the Company’s name stands changed from ‘Rap Media’ to ‘Rap Corp’. The Company is in process of submitting requisite application with BSE for effecting change of name and trading in the shares of the Company in its new name. Further the company has informed that the Clause I i.e., Name Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company stands altered accordingly and the name ‘Rap Media’ wherever it appears in the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association, gets replaced with the new name ‘Rap Corp’.
