Dee Development Engineers has informed that on 27th January, 2025, DEE Development Engineers entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Molsieve Designs Limited (Molsieve), whereby the Company acquires 70% equity shares of Molsieve and Krishan Lalit Bansal (Promoter) acquires 15% equity shares of Molsieve.
