Synergy Green Industries has informed that as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 6th of February, 2025 at Corporate office of the Company at Kolhapur through Video Conference, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024 pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from January 01, 2025 for all Directors, Promoters, Designated persons and specified connected persons till 48 hours after declaration of financial results.
