Marble City India has partnered with Porcelanosa Spain and will act as an exclusive distributor for sale of their product in India. Porcelanosa is a leading manufacturer of exclusive premium large format sintered surfaces under the brand Porcelanosa XStone and its business expands across the world, Porcelains is a world-famous brand with company stores on Saks Fifth Avenue, New York, Central London and more than 200 stores worldwide.
The company will benefit from this exclusive all India Master distributorship in upcoming decade. As India embraces premium products and premiumization, the company’s all-India distribution network and world class experience centre in New Delhi and Mumbai are positioned to benefit from the partnership.
Under the agreement, Porcelanosa undertakes to supply the larger format Porcelain and Sintered Stone Products, namely X-Stone exclusively to the distributor and shall not directly or indirectly sell, distribute or otherwise supply the products to any client located in India except through the distributor. The Marble City shall not promote the sale of or sell the products outside of India and upon expiration of agreement, the terms of agreement shall be extended for another 5 years’ subject to fulfilment of certain conditions as mentioned in the agreement.
