Lloyds Enterprises has acquired additional 12.25% equity stake in Lloyds Infrastructure & Construction (LICL). Consequently, the aggregate holding of the company in LICL has increased from 12.25% to 24.50%.

Pursuant to the said acquisition, LICL has become an Associate Company of the company with effect from January 30, 2025.
