AKSHAR/SE/2024-25/2412/40 dated December 27, 2024, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Internal code for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives has been already closed from January 01, 2025 and will remain closed up to February 12, 2025.
