The Board of Directors and Management of the Company places on record its deep appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Yogesh Tavkar (DIN: 07011793) and Haresh Manohar Malusare (DIN: 02246773) during their tenure as an Independent Directors of the Company. The details with respect to the above cessation of Director of Company as prescribed under clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
