Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2024 (Q3FY25).
The company has reported net profit of Rs 47.73 crore for Q3FY25 as against net loss of Rs 28.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by many folds at Rs 263.28 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 10.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 22.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, as against net profit at Rs 50.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 109.27% at Rs 185.77 crore for Q3FY25 as compared to Rs 88.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
