Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that the Company has secured a new work order from Diesel Loco Modernization Works (DMW) Patiala, Indian Railways, Ministry of Railways to provide 08 manpower services on a contractual basis for the period of 2 years. The Total contract value including all duties and taxes is INR 37,19,481.19/. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
