To consider and approve an Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. As intimated earlier, the trading window is already closed for all insiders including Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2025 and the same shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the results becomes generally available.
