Muralidharan to the position of ‘Group Chief Financial Officer’ of the Company; Appointment of Manish Bhatia as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The details of the appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure I.
