Sudarshan Chemical Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Sudarshan Europe B.V. has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai, named ‘Sudarshan Middle East General Trading LLC’. Consequent to the incorporation, Sudarshan Middle East General Trading L.L.C has become a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company.
The newly incorporated Company would primarily be engaged in same line of business as that of the Company.
