B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has informed that B.R.Goyal Infrastructure (the Company) has received a Work Order for the engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender for Pandutala Fee Plaza at km 146.600 of NH-12A (New NH-30), in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The work order is received from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The accepted value of the said work order is Rs. 28,22,66,545 (Rupees Twenty-Eight Crore Twenty-Two Lakh Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-Five only). In addition, the detailed disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended from time to time, read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 is exhibited hereunto as ‘Annexure -A’.
