The company has subscribed in 990,000 fully paid equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at par in Century 21 Properties India, whereby the said company has become 99% owned subsidiary of Alchemist Realty.
Century 21 Properties India holds the rights of brand ‘Century 21’ owned by Century 21 Real Estate LLC, USA for franchising in India in the segment of Real Estate broking and advisory to corporate and retail clients.
Century 21 Real Estate LLC is the franchisor of the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, providing comprehensive training, management, administrative and marketing support for the CENTURY 21 System.
