Kesar India has executed the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for Acquisition of 100% equity stake of Kesar Naturals (KNPL). As per the Memorandum of Association of the KNPL, the main object of the company is to buy, sell, Import, export, distribute and otherwise deal in all kinds and Varieties of cosmetics, health care products, beauty and skin care products, perfumes, colognes, food supplements, health aids, glamour products. The object of acquisition of the company is to venture into new business.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of projects such as residential & commercial plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
