Fischer Medical Ventures has incorporated subsidiary namely Nanyang Biologics (India) on February 14, 2025. Nanyang Biologics (India) will engage in the business of manufacturing, formulating, importing, exporting, distributing, marketing, processing, and packaging of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods, herbal supplements and other health related products for the promotion of human health. The company owns 51% of the shareholding in the new entity viz. Nanyang Biologics (India).
Fischer Medical Ventures is engaged in the trading of certain grades of Laboratory Chemicals.
