Uravi Defence and Technology has acquired an additional 580 equity shares of SKL (India) for a consideration amount of Rs 57.92 lakh on February 14, 2025. Owing to the aforementioned, Uravi now holds 50.01% of the total paid up equity share capital of SKL and SKL shall now be considered as subsidiary of Uravi Defence and Technology.
Uravi Defence and Technology (formerly known as Uravi T and Wedge Lamps) manufactures automotive component for OEM and aftermarket sectors.
