Sharika Enterprises has signed a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with SPIN Engenharia De Automacao Ltda, and Nayon Kontrol System (NKS). This collaboration marks a significant breakthrough in the development of India-specific Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Advanced Distribution Management & Outage Management System (ADMS).
The JV will create Smart Substation SCADA and ADMS solutions that cater to the unique requirements of the Indian market, enabling real-time monitoring and control of the power grid. The collaboration will enhance India’s energy infrastructure by addressing the need for grid modernization and supporting the government's push for digitizing the energy sector.
The JV will establish a research and development hub in India to tailor product offerings to suit local conditions, focusing on innovation, scalability, and cost efficiency.
