In reference to its earlier intimation dated December 12, 2024 regarding appointment of Parag Shah as Non-Executive – Independent Director, Thermax has informed that the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot held from January 18, 2025 to February 16, 2025, have approved the appointment of Parag Shah (DIN: 00374944) as Non-Executive - Independent Director of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years with effect from December 12, 2024 to December 11, 2029. The voting result of the Postal Ballot of the Company have been filed with Stock Exchanges on February 18, 2025. The requisite details as required by SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as Annexure A.
