Kesar India has subscribed/acquired 51% stake in Kesar Maitreya Realities, a Partnership Firm incorporated on February 21, 2025. The firm shall engage in the business of developing real estate projects, including but not limited to developing Layout, construction of row houses, villas and bungalows, preparing plots and selling the same, along with any other related activities. The object of incorporation of the firm is to diversify the company’s business in Construction and Real Estate Activities.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of projects such as residential & commercial plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
