Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), Simplex Realty has informed that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( the MCA), vide its letter dated 21st February 2025, has confirmed the availability of the proposed name ‘Simplex Modern Homes Private Limited’, intended to be incorporated as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of Simplex Realty. Further, the requisite disclosures as stipulated under the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015, shall be provided upon incorporation of the aforesaid WOS. A copy of the name availability letter issued by the MCA is enclosed.
