Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Obligations) and in accordance with the requirements of subclause 16(i) of Para A of Schedule III of the Listing Obligations, Compuage Infocom has informed that the undersigned is in receipt of resolution plans/bids from 14 Prospective Resolution Applicants in response to the Request for Resolution Plans dated 12th January 2025 issued in respect of the corporate insolvency resolution process of Compuage Infocom (Corporate Debtor) in terms of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with the rules and regulations framed thereunder, as amended from time to time. The extended timeline for submission of the resolution plan was 21 February 2025.
