Nimbus Project informs about outcome of board meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Nimbus Project has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today Monday, February 24, 2025 has: Approved the Postal Ballot Notice under Section 110 & 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with Rule 20 & 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time; Appointed Kapil Dev Vashisth (Membership No. FCS: 5898, COP: 5458), Practicing Company Secretaries, as Scrutinizer for Conducting the Postal Ballot Notice Process in a fair and transparent manner; Approved February 25, 2025 as ‘Cut-off’ date to determine the Shareholders entitled vote for Postal Ballot Notice and E-Voting; Appointed NSDL as a service provider for e-voting related to the postal ballot. The Board meeting commenced at 12:00 pm and concluded at 01:00 pm.
