Shrey Chemicals has received an approval to acquire the entire businesses of Jagran Entertainment Media and Jagran Infra-Projects as a going concern. The board of director at its meeting held on August 13, 2013 has approved for the same.

Jagran Entertainment Media is engaged in the entertainment business such as producing main stream Hindi cinema, television shows, events and content trading. Apart from entertainment activities the company is also engaged in Media Buying in print and television for various clients across the globe.

Besides, the company is also working on its dream project in revenue sharing partnership with BSNL (Bharat Sanchar) a navratna PSU of Government of India. Currently two movie projects are going to be on floor as their pre production work is over.

Jagran Infra-Projects is engaged in trading activities. The company is currently trading building Materials and Iron pipes used for Modular kitchen.
