International Conveyors has informed about receipt of intimation under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2011 on Friday, February 28, 2025 from Elpro International (a Designated Person and PAC of Promoters of the Company) regarding acquisition of 31,199 shares comprising of 0.05% of equity share capital of the Company on Friday, February 28, 2025 through Open Market. Pursuant to such acquisition, Elpro International will become a Promoter group of the Company and Promoters holding has been increased from 68.60% to 68.65%. They will submit the required disclosures under Regulation 29(2) SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and Regulation 7(2) SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2011 in the due course of time.
