Puruant to Regulations 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Maris Spinners has informed that A Harigovind wholetime Director and Chief financial Officer and Key Managerial person (KMP ) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company vide letter dated 1-3-2025 due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from the duties of Chief Financial Officer from 31-3-2025 after the closing of the business hours. A Harigovind however will continue as a whole time Director of the Company. This is for your information and dissemination to the general public. The resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure I. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule Il - Para A (7C) of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are set out in Annexure II enclosed.
