In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Petrochem has informed that: Anand Singh (ACS: 69726) has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 01, 2025. Further, subsequent to his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, he also ceased to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under this regulation with effect from March 01, 2025; On the basis of the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board in its meeting held on March 01, 2025 has appointed Navita Khunteta (ACS: A35214) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from March 02, 2025. The additional/ detailed disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations along with SEBI Circular dated 11th November 2024 in Annexure-A. The meeting commenced at 02:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 2:30 PM (IST).
