Transchem has informed that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today March 01, 2025, have approved the appointment of Sarita Maharao as the Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company, with effect from March 01, 2025, who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel (‘KMP’) of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The details as required under Schedule Ill - Para A (7) of Part A of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed in Annexure A.
