Vuenow Infratech has informed that further clarification regarding the previous press release issued on 23.01.2025 in relation to the Directorate of Enforcement's (ED) search operations and subsequent investigations. In light of recent developments, the company reiterated and clarified some important points concerning the companies involved. Vuenow Infratech (VIL) is an entirely separate and independent entity from both Vuenow Marketing Services (VMSL) and Vuenow Infotech (VIPL). To prevent any further misunderstandings, it has already applied for a name change with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). This step has been taken to ensure that any possible confusion is resolved and to maintain the distinct identity of VIL. VIL continues to fully cooperate with the relevant authorities as necessary and remains confident that these external matters will not adversely affect the company’s performance or prospects
