DISA India has purchased land on March 3, 2025, admeasuring 87,893 Sq. ft situated at Tumkur, Karnataka from an unrelated third-party seller ‘Beloorbayir Biotech’ for the future expansion plan of the company. Accordingly, the company has executed the Sale Deed for the purchase of the aforesaid land.
